love the health benefits of having a delicious juice in the morning. It’s the perfect on the go meal in a glass or
bottle. It's full of vitamins and minerals and a great way to get in your daily servings of fruits and vegetables. Here are some different juices that I
love to make. Enjoy!
Green machine—5
minutes
2 cups water
2 cups of leafy greens (kale or spinach)
½ lemon
½ cucumber (chopped)
¼ cup parsley or cilantro
1 apple (diced)
1 banana
Directions:
Blend greens first for 20 seconds. Next blend the rest of the ingredients until
smooth. Enjoy anytime.
This drink is very nutritious with vitamins c,
d, e, k and good for the body. You will
feel amazing with lots of energy after drinking this juice.
