Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of almond milk
2 scoops whey protein powder
1 Tbsp peanut butter (I prefer 2 Tablespoons)
1 cup of spinach
1 banana chopped
1 tsp of cinnamon
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
I first saw this recipe on the Dr. Oz show with this bodybuilder trying to lose weight. He drank this smoothie everyday for breakfast and eventually slimmed down and lost a significant amount of weight. I don't remember how much weight he lost, but it was at least more than 35 lbs. I started to drink this smoothie with combining a healthy diet and exercise routine and lost about 10 lbs. in about 2 months. The amazing part of this smoothie is that you can't taste the spinach and you have at least 40g of protein in a cup. If I have extra smoothie I just share it with my husband and he actually loves it. Include this in your healthy lifestyle and this will shed fat and calories off your body. Just remember you can achieve anything.

The Best Chips in the World!!!
Why do I think it's the best chips?
It's all natural and it's made from black beans and navy beans and long grain rice. Yeah! Can you believe they make chips out of beans today? I was trying to find a snack that taste great and wasn't boring you know. I love the fact they included Pico De Gallo in one of their flavors because now it's all I'll ever have. I'm trying to be more health conscience and avoid sugars for health reasons and I'm glad I found a snack that didn't have potatoes, didn't taste like cardboard and didn't have sugar. This satisfied my salty craving and more. I love the packaging because it mentions on the front of the bag with arrows pointing that it's vegan, has award winning taste, corn free, has 4g of fiber, 4g of protein, gluten free, and all natural. The price was reasonable like around $3.50 per bag and only 140 calories for 1 ounce serving. It has zero sugars, which I'm also excited about, since I'm concerned about the amount of sugars I'm consuming. I don't really do reviews, but I just had to on this bag of chips and tell the whole world. Maybe I should be doing more reviews and let you guys know what wonderful foods I come across of. YES BUY THESE CHIPS!! IT'S AH-MA-ZING!!!!
Peanut Butter Banana Buckwheat Pancakes
1 cup Buckwheat flour
2 Tbsp sugar/stevia
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg beaten
1 cup almond milk
2 Tbsp butter
Topping:
1 medium banana mashed
3 Tbsp Peanut butter
cinnamon (Sprinkle on top)
Mix all ingredients in a blender until you have a smooth batter. Pre-heat your pan on medium heat. Then pour into a medium size non stick frying pan and fry until you see bubbles on the top and then flip over to cook the other side. Turn down the heat to low and cook each side well.
Cook each side for 2 to 3 minutes on low heat.
Then place cooked pancake onto a plate and spread peanut butter banana topping. Enjoy!!

How to lose 5 pounds fast
Hi everyone! Sorry I haven't been posting lately. I've been really busy with life and trying new opportunities like finishing my book. But anyways here is what you have to absolutely do to lose that stubborn 5 pounds and I swear this worked for me.
How to lose 5 pounds fast
1) Do not eat sugar
Everyone know sugar will store fat. It has empty calories so it has no nutritional value at all. Avoid all processed sugary snacks, such as candy, sodas, ice cream, cereal and artificial sweeteners (the bad fake sugar in the pink or yellow packets) and high fructose syrup. If you are craving something sweet eat berries or an apple, which are naturally low in sugar. Stay away from the other fruits because it has too much sugar even though it's a fruit. All berries are low in sugar and jammed packed with vitamins and minerals and it won't spike your blood sugar too high like other artificial sweeteners.
2) Eat lots of fruits and vegtebles
Fruits and vegetables, especially leafy green veggies is a great way of getting your daily fiber and it's rich in vitamins and minerals. These are natural carbohydrates that will keep you energized throughout the day and will make you healthy inside and out. Your hair will love it and your skin will glow. The best way to get veggies in your diet is to make a smoothie and this way it will go directly into your body and cells faster absorption into the blood stream.
3) Drink lots of water
Drinking half your body weight in water can flush out toxins out of your body. Water is especially important for all aspects of life, such as delivering oxygen to all organs of your body. Without water we couldn't function well and we would die. So drink water even though it might be hard for you. If you are not used to drinking plain water then you could mix 2 ounces of juice with 6 ounces of water to get you started. Then you could slowly tapper off the juice and just drink water plainly.
4) Exercise
Getting at least 30 minutes of exercise daily could make a huge difference in weight loss. You could possibly lose more than 5 pounds if you exercise daily. I recommend taking a nice walk outside for about 30 minutes, but if you are not used to walking that long I suggest starting at 15 minutes then gradually increasing your preferred length of time you would like to walk.
Other exercises are excellent are weight training, aerobics, circuit training, playing any sports, running, biking, hiking etc. Basically if you start doing any type of exercise you will see results and you will feel healthier. It should be fun and get a friend or spouse involved with you because in that way you both will motivate each other to your target weight loss goal.
5) Have some protein
Eating organic chicken, meat, or fish is the best way to go. Eat in moderation and don't over indulge in meat. You can also eat more beans and other sources of plant protein to get your daily intake, such as soy beans, tofu, almonds, pecans, walnuts. You don't have to eat meat to get your protein.
6) Reward your self
After you have met your goal weight for either the week or the month what ever it may be, reward yourself for a job well done. You can indulge in a slice of cake or some ice cream or it doesn't need to be food. You can go out to a movie or buy that dress you always wanted. Just remember not to go overboard and eat the whole cake. Moderation is the key when you want to indulge.
Stay by these tips and you will reach your goal weight. This worked for me and I have kept the weight off for a long time now. You can even eliminate some health problems according to some individuals, which plague some people today like diabetes, cancer, high blood pressure, arthritis and obesity. YOU HAVE THE POWER TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE! Remember you can do it! Healthy bodies equal healthy lives!

This is one of most favorite juices to make because it tastes so delicious. You guys this juice is the bomb seriously! Don't be afraid of the deep red color and all you think is whoa beets, no way. It's totally yummy in your tummy I promise. You can't even taste the beet because all you will taste is the sweetness of the apple. I personally drink this juice for the nutritional benefits because I feel more energized, alert, and it's excellent for my liver. Try it you might like it.
Benefits of Beets
Some of the benefits are iron, vitamin A, B, and C, phosphorus, magnesium, fiber, beta-carotene and it's also rich in many nutrients and minerals. It's does wonders for the liver and it cleanses the blood and it's a blood builder as well. Beets help fight cancer and is excellent for your brain by keeping you alert. It's also helpful for pregnant women to nourish their body by building new growth cells.

Healthy Eating
Do you love Mac and Cheese but hate the fat? Well, I got a healthier way that will cut calories and get your family to love this mac and cheese favorite that everyone will love.
Lean Mean Mac and
cheese
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes
1 lbs of lean ground turkey
24 oz of cauliflower (fresh or frozen)
½ cup onions (diced)
1 cup of mild chedder reduced fat cheese (shredded)
1 cup of jack cheese
1 ¼ cup of glutten free pasta (eg. Corn)
3 tsp of ketchup
1 Tbsp olive oil
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Saute onions and ground turkey with 1 Tbs
olive oil in large sauté pan until well done.
Boil pasta in a pot of water until aldente and then drain. Grease a 8x8 pan. Add pasta to the pan and sprinkle Cheddar
cheese and mix well until all cheese has been melted together. Then add the jack cheese on top of the pasta.
Last, bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese has melted on top.
